Accounts and Orders

No you do not need to create a customer account to place an order with us, however it is useful to create an account for any orders with us in order to check out conveniently with any future orders and it also makes it easier to track any orders or returns from you account.

We prefer our customers to contact us via email, through the website contact form or through facebook as our landline phone isn't always in operation.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order with us please contact info@shopoholicfashion.co.uk within 30 minutes of placing your order and we will try our best to amend. However if your order has already been picked and shipped we apologise that we cannot make these changes. During peak periods it may not be possible at all.
